locking up

anyone else keep locking up at the absolutely wrong page? It happened like 20 times before i realized i have no trouble getting onto this board but when i go to the page it locks up. i have no clue what's causing it but when it doesn't lock up it takes like 15 minutes to fucking finally load

I am having the exact same problem rotten and I have no clue why. It's frustrating as hell though *L* I usually just end up getting off the computer *giggles*

J!!! fuckwit's gotta damn Windows Media Player presented out in the hall way.....(so to speek)....it doesnt even work..on MY PC...
my PCs like made for Windows Media Player and shit like that...

it plays nothing, its like its froze or something....
all its doing is choke'n your computer...

i tell you 1 thing if that idiot makes it so they take the HTML off the page.....

Windows Media Player 9 Series...... i just updated to XP plus, i dont need a 9series...ect

for MOST people, it WILL NOT let the page load.... it fks with their computer!!!

I asked nicely...i guess i was thinking gary might wanna prove the media bar isnt the problem..but he dont seem to want to..so i will continue to blame the slow page on the media bar..until he proves it otherwise..*shrugs*..oh yeah..he locked the thread..so i had to post this here..imagine that..

We(i wont name names)did a little expierment this morning..we took the same media bar over to another sub catagory in HB..put it on a board..and then timed it..to see how long it took to load..something like 24 seconds..and they had half the boards..and there isnt alot of traffic on HB this morning..i came back over to AW..took me 37 seconds for the main page to load..now during the day..when there are lots of ppl on HB..it takes alot longer..i have noticed..dont know if this helps..or if it means anything..but i just wanted to share that....i was thinking when i asked gary to take it off and see if it made a difference..he might want to prove to all of us if it did in fact slow the page..or if we are all nuts..but he chose not to..so that makes me feel like his post about just wanting to have fun..yada yada..wasnt heartfelt..anyone who comes here for fun..wouldnt want others to suffer for it..he had his chance to prove to us..its not his media bar that fucking things up..but he wont do it..so there we have our answer dont we... [img]wink.gif[/img] im gonna book mark all the boards i go to..like heidi said..i guess if gary wants some publicity for his band..he wont be getting it from anyone here..sad isnt it..that his band is made to look bad because of all this..if he had put his music in his own forum..prolly all of us..and lots of others would have been happy to go check it out..you can get more flies with honey..and in this case its true.. I book marked all the pages too because I was sick and tired of not being able to come to HB without the hour long line up, so to speak *L

I use the link thread now....Its too frustrating waiting for the front page to load....and apparently making it known does nothing to change anything....No matter if you ask nicely or be a bitch about it..the result is the same.
